"The Money Changer"
"The Money Changer" this 1/9 scale bust is base on the painting by Matthias Stom it was painted between 1630 and 1635. The painting is currently on display in the Rijks Museum, Amsterdam Netherlands. Stom left the Netherlands early on for Italy where he was strongly influenced by Caravaggism. This painting was his most spirited and colorful work. Christ storms into the temple startling the moneychanger. The bust depicts the most colorful subject in the painting. The bust is sculpted by Pavol Ovecka for www.unitedempireminiatures.com I painted it with acrylic's. The photos of my painted bust will be used for the box art.

"Napoleon and Officers view the bones of the fallen French Soldiers"
My 54mm diorama is now complete. Over a year in the making, happy to have finish this fun diorama.The Napoleon figure is from Andrea Miniatures, Davout, Beauharnais and the Mamluck made by Figurinitaly. Capitaine Dreux-Nancre from Metal Modeles. The bones and skulls from Drakkar-Models. Left side of Castle made by Black Army Modells. Right side converted from a kit and the bones room was made by me. I painted the diorama with acrylic's.

Boston Hussar 1810-1817
My latest painted bust. I painted this new bust for the www.unitedempireminiatures.com box art.
It is a New 1/9 scale release sculpted by Greg Girault. The original uniform this bust is based on is on display at The Old State House Boston. This is a great bust to paint and I enjoyed it very much.
