Polish Winged Hussar, Comrade Winter Dress 1581

This is a 54mm metal kit from New Hope Design.This was an old kit from the 1980's? and needed ,as I got into it, massave prep work to get it ready to paint. Had to make a few parts. Once I primed the figure and started to paint I could see there were tiny pin-holes and cracks all over the figure. Made a thin paste of sculpting putty and brushed out the holes. I like learning new things and it was fun to see what I was doing was working to clean it up. This is the first horse I painted.
